Are you after a locksmith who is ridiculously organised (Marie Kondo style), quick, efficient, affordable and empathetic? Dan ticks all the boxes. Home invasions/ robberies are stressful- as my first port of call on the day (08.02.22), he somehow made the subsequent admin tasks seem surmountable...

Dan came out to our home for an emergency. The travel time & task was completed in under an hour. As a bonus, there was no damage to the lock - which is purely Dan's skill & professionism showing through. I was delighted that Dan could open my difficult antique lock. I will recommend Dan to the antique dealers I called for advice on how to resolve the issue of the missing key and to anyone else with a similar problem.

Called Dan whilst he was on his way to another job and he said he’d be a little while, just had to finish this callout. Called three other locksmiths who had wait times of 2-3 hours. Called Dan back, gave him my information and he was there in half an hour! Polite, courteous of my other neighbours in the shared driveway, and was helpfully educational. Dan was great!

We just moved into a new house that had a different key for every door/window. Dan gave us great advice about replacement locks to purchase at the best price. He then re-fit three locks and re-keyed everything to a single key. Efficient, professional service. Would recommend any day.

I called Dan because of a faulty lock on my sliding door to my alfresco. Instead of coming over to fix the lock, he recommended a cheaper option of phoning the lock manufacturer. Because of his knowledge of the industry, he was aware that the faulty lock was a common problem with this type of door and there was a special deal to replace the lock from the manufacturer. This free advice saved me a lot of money - I really appreciate his honesty and helpfulness in recommending the best option for me. Dan was very quick to respond to my enquiry and came out the same day. Within the hour he was able to remove the old lock on the laundry door, source a new lock and fit it.
